Event Selected: Singapore Arts Festival.
City/Festival Chosen for Comparison: Hong Kong Arts Festival.

I choose Hong Kong Arts Festival as a comparison to the Singapore Arts Festival because it was held earlier this year, it was held on a closer date to the Singapore Arts Festival. Thus it is easier to compare especially when both countries are experiencing recession during that period of time.

The event component is divided into 2 components. They are the Experiential and Facilitating Component.
